NEEDS ASSESSMENT SERVICES

• Need assessment evaluations are completed by a clinical and state certified clinician
• This service involves meeting with the child and family in the home or in a community facility for purposes of assessments
• The Clinician uses a specific assessment tool to evaluate the child and family strengths, needs and goals
• Recommendations for length and type of treatment are included, in addition to treatment goals
